MNC Annual Fund 2019

MNC Members, Friends, and Skiers,

The winter of 2018/2019 will probably be remembered for how great the snow was and how long it stuck around for. But for our club, this past season will be remembered for a whole lot more. This year brought our biggest membership numbers ever, our best showing in the NENSA Club Cup by our Masters, a stellar BKL festival for our kids, and new benchmarks across the board from our Juniors. 

This year, our efforts to provide more for our members takes a physical form: the MNC Van. We have leased a 15-passenger van that has already made a dramatic impact on our summer programs. For 6 months, possibly longer, this vehicle will continue to close accessibility gaps for younger members as well as offer new opportunities and training activities for our Masters. Car caravans snaking through the Green Mountains may be a thing of the past. Point-to-point rollerskis and hikes can now be coordinated with ease. Our club has never had such a beneficial resource for daily training and adventuring.

The van also offers branding and advertising opportunities, which is where you, the MNC member, comes in. We are looking for SPONSORS to help us with the cost of this van. What does a sponsor look like? It could be a company you own or work for. For monthly prices the MNC van is your corporate travelling advertiser displaying logos and information. Here’s another potential sponsor: you or your family! By donating to the MNC van you are helping skiers of all ages and abilities achieve their goals and enjoy new places, old friends, and better skiing experiences.

This year, the MNC Annual Fund Drive is centered around our van and the support needed to cover its costs. We need to raise $7,500 to continue having the van around this year.
