Munich Carnival

Der zweite Münchner Carnival findet vom 16.6. bis 18.6.20223 statt und widmet sich der Vereinigung karibischer, lateinamerikanischer und afrikanischer Kulturen. Den Höhepunkt des Wochenendes bildet die Straßenparade am Sonntag, die durch die Münchner Innenstadt führt. Ähnlich wie beim Berliner Karneval der Kulturen geht es vorrangig um ein Miteinander verschiedener Kulturen, wobei Performances von DJs, Tänzer*innen und Sänger*innen genauso Teil sein werden wie kurze Reden, bunte Kostüme und Kulinarik. 

Um alle Kosten zu decken (Carnival Trucks, Künstler*innen, Dekoration, Marketing, etc.), brauchen wir deine finanzielle Unterstützung! Es handelt sich beim Münchner Carnival um ein 100 % gemeinnütziges Projekt, das wir aus purer Leidenschaft machen und mit dem obersten Ziel, Menschen durch Musik und Kultur zu verbinden. The second Munich Carnival takes place from the 16th to the 18th of June 2023 and is dedicated to uniting Caribbean, Latin American and African cultures. The highlight of the weekend is the street parade on Sunday leading through the city center of Munich. Similar to Berlin's Carnival of Cultures, the mingling of different cultures stands at the center of the whole project. Different musical performances (DJs, dancers, singers) will be part as well as speeches, colorful costumes and cuisine.

To cover all the costs (trucks, artists, decoration, marketing, etc.) we need your financial help! Munich Carnival is a non-profit event. We do it out of love and to connect people through music and culture. Any kind of support is well appreciated! ❤️
