My names is Simon Dyson and I am Training to compete in Two Epic Endurance events:

Munga USA GRIT. Non stop off road 24 hour 170 miler.

The Munga. Non stop Mountain Bike Endurance event. Deemed the Toughest event on Earth.

120 hours Thur the South African Desert in Summer. Just over 1000KM
