Hello….This is Chris and Bobby was my Love. This page is to help pay for his funeral expenses. Bobby served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. In 2010, Bobby was diagnosed with Lupus. He continued to work at CalTrans until he had to take an early retirement in 2016. As his disease progressed, he had three strokes, multiple seizures, and severe blood clots related to Lupus. This was so difficult for him to except because he had been a hard worker his whole life. He had a great sense of humor, loved horse racing “Never Bet on a White Horse” and loved life. He especially loved his football team the Eagles and his baseball team the Dodgers. As time went on, he could no longer walk and was confined to a wheelchair.
On August 1, 2023, he had a severe stroke and was sent to a convalescent hospital to rehabilitate. In late October, he contracted pneumonia and was sent to the hospital. Bobby was physically and mentally tired and lost his battle from complications due to Lupus on Friday, November 17th, 2023.
