Imagine if 70% of our homes were destroyed, and all but one of our hospitals were bombed – no Royal Hospital! Picture 8 out of 10 schools, our universities, and libraries flattened. Imagine the devastation and suffering. That’s what’s happening right now in Gaza.

Like you, I am heartbroken by the suffering in Gaza. We’ve been let down by leaders who fail to demand a ceasefire and justify attacks on innocent civilians. This election is a chance to stand in solidarity with Gaza and send an urgent message: enough is enough.

My family came to Liverpool when I was six years old. This warm, welcoming city became our home. I married here, raised my family, and have run local businesses in Old Swan.

Liverpool people look out for each other, believing in fairness, justice, and compassion. That’s why I’m standing for election in solidarity with the people of Gaza.

More than anything, wouldn’t you want to send a message to the establishment: this war must end, and war criminals must be brought to justice?
