Mo Mo Needs Money

Hello. My name is Xiomara Echiribel. Every1 at wk calls me Mo Mo. I'm asking for help w/staying in my house. I moved in my 1st house ever in the pandemic last yr & since Aug. 2020 it's been nothing but stress,frustration, worry, being upset, loss of sleep, & sadness. My kids Jomar & Jaiden are still little and I know what I'm feeling they're feeling it too. In Feb. 2021 the owner gave me a 90 day notice to move out because I got code enforcement involved. He did this right after I contacted them because he told me he wasn't gonna fix my kitchen sink that started leaking the ends of Jan. 2021. In May 2021 he canceled it. In Aug. 2021 he put a packet on my door w/a bunch of receipts fm all the fixing he did bk in April, a pic of a drain, & a copy of his bank statement of a cancelation fee. He claims to say I gotta pay him $3,000 or he'll tell housing to terminate my housing. Which is just basically canceling my sec.8. I talked to my worker in Aug. 2021 & she told me I have til 11/30/21 to move out. I told her I don't have $ to move, storage, dep. for another place , & the owner told me he wasn't gonna give me my dep. back. Also she said they weren't gonna pay him after November. & if the owner continues w/eviction I loose my sec.8. So I got fair housing involved and he says he's the owner it's his responsibility not mine. Also he's retaliating and harassing me and he's working on it. The office is closed for the Xmas/New Yr holiday til 1/3/22. I don't know what else the owners gonna do nor when. But I have a feeling something is gonna happen in Jan. I also recently talk to the supervisor above my workers supervisor and she said I gotta leave by 1/27/22 or talk to the owner to change his mind. That's a day before my birthday. I don't wanna be homeless & move out. Ive been crying like crazy & I just feel bad for my kids. As much as the owner sucks I rather stay. Please help us continue to live in our house.
