Christine needs our help!

Hello!

Christine Fedora is one of Judique's most-spirited and beloved residents, from her Saturday farmstands to her generosity with her time, knowledge, and skills and her genuine interest in the well-being of others.

On March 12 Christine lost her best animal friend, her horse Mocha. In Christine's words, Mocha was the "heart and soul of this farm", and Christine is shattered by this unexpected loss. What initially seemed to be a benign injury (Mocha licked a piece of metal sheeting and cut her tongue), quickly escalated into a severe infection requiring surgery and antibiotics that ultimately did not save Mocha's life.

At the advice of Christine's local veterinarians, Christine trailered Mocha to PEI to be cared for by the Atlantic Veterinary College Hospital. Any help with the cost of the veterinarian bills associated with Mocha's care would be immensely appreciated by Christine's family and friends.

Christine is always the first one to offer help - it's our turn to return the favour.
