modification for vehicle for electric power chair

Hi my name is Mike Ciganovic I am fundraising for a modified vehicle for electric wheelchair first of all I would to thanks JP MOTORS for selecting me for there 13th annual van giveaway and to my mom for submitting this in for me it been a long 3yrs. I have lost the ability to drive which I loved doing and with this opportunity of winning it can be modified to fit my electric wheelchair and with your help and gods blessing i would be very much appreciated for your help
