Support Victoria After Mohamed's Sudden Passing

In Loving Memory of Mohamed Omar El-Takrori

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 12:45 PM, our beloved father, Mohamed Omar El-Takrori, passed away at the age of 67 following emergency surgery after an aneurysm in his aorta suddenly burst. Despite the medical team's best efforts, he did not survive the procedure. His passing was unexpected and heartbreaking for our entire family.

Mohamed was a loyal husband, a hardworking provider, and a man of deep vision. Born into a family of 12 siblings in Saudi Arabia, he had the courage (at age 21) to move to America in pursuit of a better life—a testament to his determination and ambition. Over the years, he built and ran several businesses, always doing whatever he could to support those he loved.

He was a strong, sometimes intimidating presence, but those who knew him well knew his loyalty ran deep. He loved his family fiercely, had a deep appreciation for Michael Jackson’s music, and found joy in laughing at Seinfeld and America’s Funniest Home Videos. Mohamed was a man who always found ways—big or small—to help those in need.

As we grieve, we find deep comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain and is now at peace in the presence of Jesus. There is something profoundly meaningful about his passing on Easter Sunday—a day that symbolizes resurrection, eternal life, and victory over death. We believe with full hearts that Papa is now experiencing that very promise.

We are creating this fundraiser to support our mother, Maria Victoria Deleon El-Takrori, as she begins a new chapter of life without her husband of 37 years. Without life insurance or financial security, the burden of funeral expenses and the road ahead has been left on her shoulders. We are hoping to raise $50,000 to assist with funeral costs and to help provide financial support for her future.

If you feel led to give, pray, or share this page, we are deeply thankful. Every act of support, no matter how small, brings peace to our family during this time of grief.

Thank you for helping us honor the life of a man who meant the world to so many.

Mohamed leaves behind his wife Maria Victoria, his three children, Nicole, Omar, and Michael, and 7 grandchildren.

With love and gratitude,
The El-Takrori Family
