As some may know, I have been associated with and volunteered at Mogra Rescue Center in Kenya for the past 6 years. I pour all I can into the lives of the precious children there. Not once has any staff member there asked me for anything. This center survives thanks to the contributions of everyday people like you and me. The Children's Home has 1 school bus - a 51 seater - which was donated in 2014. At the time, a single bus was sufficient for the number of children but that number has grown significantly.

When I started volunteering at Mogra in 2017, there were 308 abandoned, orphaned, and poor children residing there. When I last visited in April 2023, they had 590 children there and that number grows daily.

This puts an obvious strain on the bus as it has to make 6 trips daily to transport the children to and from school. When the bus breaks down, children have to walk close to 2 hours one way to school.

Please consider supporting this worthy cause so that the children at Mogra can safely be transported to and from school continue.
