I am writing to you today with an urgent request for assistance. My father, Mohammed Arshad Qaiyum, recently traveled to New Zealand to attend my younger sister's wedding reception. Tragically, he suffered a sudden and severe heart attack and is currently hospitalized at Middlemore Hospital in New Zealand.

He is receiving critical care, and the associated medical expenses are substantial. We are reaching out to our network of friends and loved ones in hopes of securing support to cover the costs of his treatment and recovery.
