Mom & Daughter have to start over ASAP

Hi, my name is Christine & long story short my husband is going to prison for a while & I'm disabled & cannot work. My husband had been the be provider for quite some time & I cannot afford to live in this house we've been buying for 9 years. We have a daughter & I need her settled. The $ would be going to get us in a smaller place & to get us comfortable until my disability approves. I have never done anything like this and do not know what else to say. Please help.
