Paying Tribute to Santos Hernandez

Santos Hernandez, devoted husband loving father of three, was taken from us tragically following a sudden passing at the age of 39.

We are raising money for the benefit of his wife, Erika, and their three amazing children ages 1, 5 and 7. Santos was the protector and provider for his family.

Everyone who knew him could tell you how he was always willing to give a helping hand in any way he could.

He is a hero and will continue to give to others by being an organ donor.  We will miss him in everything we do, every day, but are comforted by the fact that even in his passing he will continue to inspire by giving the gift of life and healing, providing hope to others in need.

Who is raising these funds?

Santos was my brother-in-law, and these funds will be going directly to support my sister, Erika Hernandez and her kids; Nolan, Addison, and Nathan. 
All donations raised will go directly to Santos’s family to help them through the difficult times and offer some much-needed aid for things such as funeral expenses, living expenses, and the children. This is something Santos wanted to do for his children.

We are blessed to have known Santos as a young man, grow into a dedicated hard-working man. Santos was family from day one and calling him brother was too easy. He married Erika and our family continued to grow. He was the crazy uncle who would show up to sports games and trick-or-treating. He was a brother-in-law who was a Godfather and friend. He was the son-in-law who became a true son. We will cherish all the time we spent together, all the gatherings, laughter, love, and support he gave us all.

Why are these funds so important?

Santos was the primary breadwinner and provided stability and foundation of love, faith, and support that this family needed. He was the planner and go-getter. Without him, he takes away a piece of all our hearts that we will never be able to measure or fill. But with your support, we can honor his memory and make sure his family has some runway to start healing. His purpose in life was his family and your donation can help to make sure that the children’s future brighter, as he always wanted.
