Mom's Trip to Disney

My mom, Kerry White, has Stage 4 colon/rectal cancer.   It has spread to her liver and she is currently receiving chemo therepy.  We don't know how long she has with us but would like to take her for one last very special famiy vacation.   My sister, Julia, and I would like to take her to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida.  We went there in 2013 as a family and had a great time.  It would be one last, special memory for us with our mother.   My parents don't have the money for this because of medical bills.  Please help us reach our goal of $4,000.  We feel this will cover air and hotel costs and help with the cost of park passes. Thank you for any help you can give us.
