Madelyne's Last Wish - Pass away in her own bed
My half-sister, Cynthea, has done everything she can to save her mother's farm in Vermont. Why? Because her mom is in the hospital after falling and fracturing her lumbar vertebrae. During the MRI it was discovered that she had advanced lung cancer and is now receiveing hospice care. Her Mom made Cynthea promise only one thing . . . to be able to go home to the farm to pass away, when the time came.
Cynthea is doing everything in her power to keep that promise. She created a plan to keep the bank from foreclosing - she planted an Industrial Hemp crop on the land, which hadn't been cultivalted in 50 years. The proceeds from the crop would have paid all the back taxes and stopped the bank from foreclosing.
She signed a contract with a company to consult with her on how to grow a Hemp crop and provide us with seeds. When the crop was ready to harvest, they entered her property without permission, harvested her Hemp crop, and refused pay for it or return her property.
Today she bravely took a stand and filed a lawsuit against this company and she cannot afford the legal fees to fight. When she wins, she can save the property and keep the promise she made to her mother.
Thank you very much for considering giving your support of her legal fund. Please share!
