Needing money for Yukki's hip replacement surgery

I got Yukki as a young puppy when I was 16 years old. Now, two years later, I'm 18 and working towards my degree in elementary education and obviously not much money to spare, I figure out Yukki has really bad hip dysplasia, so bad that the vet I went to said it was the second worst she's ever seen, let alone in a dog as young as Yukki. Yukki is in a lot of pain and the vet advised that she shouldn't be euthanized in any less than one year just due to the pain. Any and all money used will go directly to affording the surgery, supplements, and recovery of Yukki and her hips. It kills me to see how much pain she is in. I also hate the idea of having to lose her so early into her life. I am also doing my part, I'm doing everything in my power to make more money and probably putting my degree on hold. I hate to ask for handouts and I don't expect them either, but I don't know what else to do. I greatly appreciate each and every penny that is given.
