Help Monica Aguilar fight Cancer

Hi! My Name is Frances but people call me by my nickname, Kay. I’m trying to raise funds for my former colleague and a dear friend in the Philippines, Monica Aguilar, who has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and is currently undergoing treatments.

The initial estimate of her treatment is around Php320,000 ($6,400+) every cycle (21 days). Through Philhealth and PWD discounts, plus meds procurement from direct suppliers, she was able to bring it down to Php200,000 ($4,000). However, this is still a huge amount of money for her. She is done with her first 4 cycles, but her savings is not enough to cover the bill for the remaining treatments and surgery. 

This month, she has 2 more chemo cycles and will need a total of Php400,000 ($8,000) to get through the treatments. She’s also scheduled for a surgery on September and was told to prepare about Php300,000 ($6,000) for it. So she needs a total of at least Php700,000 ($14,000) to finish her treatments for this month and proceed with her surgery.
