Monica's Brave Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hello Everyone! I have created this page for my little sister Monica Harvey. She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer's most aggressive form. The harsh effects of the cancer treatment have already forced Monica to leave work earlier than expected, causing financial hardship.
Let me tell you a little about my sister. She's fantastic and has always been full of life. Monica is the bravest person I know and has been there for so many throughout her life. She is still giving, supporting, and caring for others with that huge smile you see above, always welcoming to everyone. Monica is smart as a whip and loves to dance. She even dances in the grocery store; if there is music, my sister moves to it!.
Her diagnosis was a HUGE surprise, but my sister has taken on the fight mightily, facing each obstacle as it comes with bravery and strength. Unfortunately, the second round of Chemotherapy took away not only her beautiful thick head of hair but also the high energy level she is so well known for; but her smile remains constant.
She faces a 12-month treatment plan inclusive of extensive Chemotherapy, radiation, and a potential double mastectomy in 2 months (February 2021), followed by additional reconstructive surgeries in the second half of 2021. The full cost of getting to the other side of her fight is not known, but all funds raised will go to help with medical costs not covered by insurance & her needs in this journey.
Unfortunately, there are no family members living in the same state as Monica, and COVID-19 makes travel to her difficult. Thus, funds raised will also go towards the costs of caregivers as needed.
Please help if you are able, as she needs help as soon as possible; all amounts donated are helpful and appreciated, and we are eternally grateful for everyone's support and assistance during this time of need.
