Munjoy Hill Fire: Help Henry and his Roommates

At the start of the Blizzard of '22, a Po' Boys & Pickles crewmember woke up to flames coming in through their third-floor apartment. He and his three roommates quickly evacuated with their cat, and whatever they could grab on their way out the door. They lost everything.

If you've been to our little shop over the past year, chances are Henry Schroder is the smiling face (behind a mask) welcoming you at our counter. You may also know him as an assistant high school football coach, the son of a Cape Elizabeth teacher, or that friend who spends his free time writing questions for a game of Jeopardy. At Po' Boys, we know him as a valued member of our team.

Louisa Goldman is starting Medical school in the fall at Tufts University. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, She works as a Harm Reduction Health Educator. Louisa enjoys trivia, trying new breweries and visiting museums and historical sights.

Tucker Wanzer is a Maine Maritime Academy graduate, and currently works as the manager of Captain Sam’s Ice Cream on commercial street. Tucker is a big Boston sports fan and is an avid skier.

Megan Lowe is a University of Southern Maine student who works at Mast Landing Brewing Company in Westbrook. Megan enjoys cooking, painting and drawing, and hiking.

Our hope is that this crowdfunding can help them secure a new apartment and replace some of what they lost.
