Monte Lee Saxton

Hello, this is Janell, Monte's 2nd born daughter and I'm here on behalf of the rest of his family.

If you knew my dad, you know he was a mountain of a man! He was a hard working father/husband, who was always making sacrifices to provide for us.

Monte was diagnosed with Stage 5 kidney failure in 2019 and has been on dialysis for the last 2 years. It's been a long hard battle and he has fought valiantly, however his body just can't keep up with his fighting spirit. There are mounting medical and end of life expenses that his family is unable to cover on their own. We know that there is such an amazing community of family, friends, fellow musicians and church family who has asked how they can be of service, so it is with an immense amount of humility that we decided to create this Go Fund Me to help cover some of those expenses.

Monte has decided to stop dialysis this week so his time on this earth is short. We are in the process of making arrangements for hospice and his end of life celebration. In lieu of flowers, we would ask for a donation , in any amount. It would be so incredibly helpful and appreciated beyond what could ever be expressed. From the bottom of my heart and on behalf of the Saxton family, I'd like to express our most sincere gratitude for your love and support during this time.
