Monthly Assistance Through March 2024

Hello. My name is Jason Lawson. I'm 52 years old and I am also a Father of three wonderful children, grandfather to three grandchildren, and have been married to the best wife a man could ever have for over 33 years.

The reason for this fund raiser is due to my ever increasing and past health issues that are currently putting a strain on our monthly living expenses. Ever since a major accident that I had on Oct. 6th, 2022 I have not been able to return to work. In the meantime I am thankful that I had Long-term and Short term disability. Unfortunately that all ended as of October 1st, of this year. Since my accident I have also dealt with a heart attack on Easter of this year and was just informed that I will have to have Cardiac By-pass Surgery soon that will take several weeks to recover from.

For anyone who has ever known me, you know I've not been one to ask for help or assistance from anyone, I would much rather be the one helping somebody else. At this time I just do not have the strength or ability to do that. Please understand I am not complaining God has always taken care of me and my family and I know he will continue to do so, but when I was praying about our current situation it was like the Lord said present the need to my children and see how the body of Christ can rally around their own, and truly be the hands and feet of Jesus..

Whatever you can give would be a great blessing. We have enough savings to get us through this month, but in January we are not sure what we will do that is why we are asking for help. We are waiting on a decision from Social Security Disability, but have been told we most likely will not hear anything until March 2024.
