Monty Wood needs a guardian who cares about him!

My name is April, and I'm trying to raise money for my mom to get guardianship over my brother Monty. Currently our dad has guardianship over him and is supposed makes decisions on his well being when and if they can get a hold of him. They always call mom because dad never answers not shocking at all. We have been trying since December for my dad to contact the current nursing home Monty is in to get him transferred to one that will take better care of him but since he won't do it Monty is stuck where he is . So my mom is having to go to court and get guardianship so he can get the care he needs. She has to pay $400.00 plus court costs and she has no idea how much it's all going to cost. She can use all the help she can.

So you all know things a little more clear, Monty has been in nursing homes since 2003 and his "father" hasn't visited not once in 21 years! Pretty sad and disgusting if you ask me. I have no idea how or why he even has guardianship he definitely don't deserve to have that title. So please, anything will help and we would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!
