Monty's Veterinary Bills (In Loving Memory)

Monty, our 12+ year-old black Labrador retriever, had been admitted to the emergency veterinary hospital on November 16, 2022. He had been drooling excessively, vomiting white foam and some yellow bile, not eating, and had a fever. Sadly he was euthanized as his quality of life would be very poor even if any treatment worked. The veterinary bill is $2,083.68 USD.

 


Unfortunately, in July 2022, after the passing of Nala the cat who also had to be admitted to the veterinary ER and subsequently euthanized due to diabetic ketoacidosis and cancer, gave us a bill of just under $2,000 USD. My mother Leslie also has been having medical issues herself and needs to undergo surgery for peripheral arterial disease (angioplasty) in December of this year — and owes money for her own healthcare bills. Since I am on a fixed income, I am raising some money to help cover Monty's veterinary bills.
