Moody's Movement

Jeremiah Moody is a former wrestler for the University of Iowa and a current member of the Hawkeye Wrestling Club. After battling ongoing injuries and developing new afflictions, he underwent testing. On Saturday, October 2nd, 2021, Moody was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Moody began his journey in wrestling as a freshman at Cambridge High School, Wisconsin. He went from a 15-26 record as a freshman to 45-2 as a senior. He was also a three-time Fargo All-American. He went on to be a four-time Letterwinner for the Iowa Hawkeyes from 2016-20, a 2018 Junior Open Champion, a 2018 Junior Pan American Gold Medalist, and a 2020 U23 Nationals fourth place finisher. Moody graduated in 2020 with a double major in Philosophy and Sport & Recreation Management. He has been a member of the Hawkeye Wrestling Club since 2020.

Moody will undergo 6 months of chemotherapy at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. This GoFundMe page will help with expenses that aren’t covered by insurance.
