Moon Light Pathways Spreading Love and Light

Hi, my name is Tonya Jones. My wife and myself started Moon Light Pathways Sept, 1st, 2019. We are a small metaphysical shop located in the mountains of Pikevillle, KY. Our goal in starting this was to have a place everyone felt welcome, no matter who they are.

My wife and I have been together for over 28 years, raised 1 son, adopted a daughter and are foster parents as well. We only take in older kids that are part of the LGBTQ+ community. If it was up to my wife we would take in each child they call us about but we just do not have room or time with also running the business.

If you know me you know I am not one to ask for help. I figure things out on my own and get things done as best I can. That is why it is so hard for me to do this, but I feel with so much hate in this world we really need to have some light and love shining.

We are looking to buy a location so we will be able to expand not only the business but also what we can do for the LGBTQ+ community. Right now we are in a good location but we are limited on space and what type of things we can do because of limited space. The locations we are looking at will allow us to have, not only a resource center of a couple of bookshelves but a resource room or two. Which could allow for meetings and get together for anyone who wanted a safe space.

Since we opened our doors almost 4 years ago you would not believe the people that have cried on me the first time they come into our shop just because they feel accepted for the first time in their life. We should all feel loved and accepted no matter where we go but we know that is not the case. Please help us spread more love and light in this time of darkness and hate.
