moovel Technical Union ULP strike fund

We, the members of the moovel Technical Union, commenced an unfair labor practice strike in protest of moovel's repeated violations of federal labor law (in Case Nos. 19-CA-318601 and 19-CA-334894).

We have since been on strike since April 1, 2024. Since then, the Company has unlawfully terminated healthcare coverage and refused to remedy its many unfair labor practices. We have some savings to get us through the strike and are confident we can maintain our solidarity for the long haul. However, the sudden and unexpected loss of healthcare coverage has placed our households at risk.

Any contribution made will help ensure that we can secure COBRA coverage and allow us to hold moovel accountable to federal law.
