Morales/Alvarez Fire Recovery Fund

  Natalie Alvarez and Max Morales are a young couple from El Paso, Texas. They met while attending college in San Angelo, Texas and began dating in March of 2013.
  They moved to the Shadow Ridge Apartments on January 14th, 2019. Max has bought Natalie an engagement ring and he wanted to give it to her on a memorable day. Max proposed to Natalie on their first night together in their new apartment. They were beginning their new life together. 
  Shortly before 3:30 am on Saturday July 6, 2019 a fire spread through their apartment building. Max was away for the summer on an internship in Baltimore, Maryland. Natalie was home alone that night. She was awakened by a cat outside. Her apartment was already filled with smoke, giving her time to only grab her phone, keys, and eyeglasses before leaving. She made her way through the smoke filled hallway from her apartment on the third floor all the way down to the parking lot of her building . Thankfully she was physically unharmed. 
  Natalie lost everything she owned except for the clothes on her back. Max only has the clothes he packed for his summer internship. They lost everything. The apartment building has been deemed a total loss, and nothing was recoverable.
  All the money received will go towards replacing furniture, kitchenware, bedroom and bathroom necessities, clothing, and lost wages. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Natalie and Max are resilient, but they face a long road to recovery. Thank you very much for your donation.
