We love yall and we love that you would like to give something to show us love on this auspicious moment of community blessing our unabashed matrimony.
Surprise! The registry is money. You can give to support us, you can give to support the wedding, you can give to support our work. Either way - if you'd like to give, give here!
We realize putting a GoFundMe as a registry is non-traditional and can feel uncouth. We are hoping you can join us in creating a new tradition for support. We aren't particularly concerned with being 'couth'.
As you may already have heard, we have had some unexpected expenses recently, most significantly in the form of the injury to Alsa's Achilles tendon.
As you also may have heard, we are community servants who are often independently employed.
While we would love to welcome your gifts, we welcome, even more gleefully, you - there is no expectation that you give us anything other than your presence at our wedding. If you would prefer to give a gift please: 1) buy something you'd love to get us and see us use; 2) return it; 3) give us the money the merchant gave you.
There will be many opportunities to create gifts, play, and showcase the gift of conversation at the wedding!

- $80k - 4 years of income. We take a sabbatical and go to community college.
- $225k - Blow up all that debt (for now) & pay for a year of financial advising
- $1M - We start our comic book series & throw a community wedding celebration next year with hella healthy decolonized foods, games for days, and featuring local artists. Anything left over will be used to make our home secure for rearing children and invested in local Black/ Indigenous businesses serving the community.
- $400M - We open a school that prioritizes reading comprehension and intergenerational socio-emotional learning through experiential STEAM education.
- $1B - Make a high budget improvised movie starring our peoples
- $3B - Open a University for non-traditional learners and community organizers
- $5B - Build an X-Mansion as a retreat for Black folx & BIPOC to develop incubator projects for serving their region/ community, kind of like a Bed & Breakfast think tank. We would be coming a granting source as well as a promotional springboard for each project's marketing and first round of execution. Our production studio would develop short documentaries for each project selected, protecting IP, of course, and we would make a heavily bingeable series showcasing the brilliance in our world.
