Hi my name is Rebecca, I'm the caregiver of Morgan who is completely disabled. Of course, she can't work for summer income. Her fixed income is very small, and has to be used for other things. And since medicaid has not been paying for her formula and and she's paying out-of-pocket, that's where a lot of her money is going. The original Wheelchair ramp had to be torn down because on my My 1st day starting over here and training I actually Went through the Wheelchair ramp/porch area because of the rotten wood, so it had to be torn down. We have found a person we wanted to purchase a metal ramp from. She Allowed us to bring it over here to put it up to see if it was going to fit on the house. But unfortunately, I was advised just an hour ago by Morgan's father that due to medicaid stopping paying for Morgan's formula they are unable to fit it into their budget. Morgan's parents are having to adjust to a fixed income now and can't afford to pay for it right now. And that puts Morgan in a position where she misses doctor's appointment because we really cannot lift up on her And carry her with her chair Out of the doors.
