Morgan Pooley, Borneo Expedition 2025

I am self funding my 18 day Expedition to Sabah, North Borneo in July 2025. This will be a life changing experience for me that will help build resilience and confidence to face life’s challenges. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of other cultures and global issues by meeting and working along side local people on valuable community and environmental projects like, building roads, painting schools and planting trees. I will learn survival techniques, trek through the jungle and hopefully enjoy a close-up encounter at the Orangutan and Sun bear Rehabilitation Centre.

The total cost of the expedition is just over £4000! I am also looking to find a part time job to raise to rest of the money, and also doing odd jobs around my local area.
