Morgan’s Neuropathy Treatment
Donation protected
I’m morgan, a 26 year old who has been experiencing neuropathy/numbness spreading rapidly through the entire body, stemming from the bottom left side of my jaw near my back molars. In the beginning if January, i spent a lot of time off work constantly in the ER and emergency dentist trying to find the root of the problem. doctors couldn’t see anything abnormal with CT scans and MRI scanning but symptoms continued to worsen. With help from initial donations i was able to afford whole mouth deep cleaning, CBCT scans, and pay for medical visits as well as diagnostic testing. My gums are much healthier but the issues continue to persist. I’ve developed systemic whole body health issues now: heart palpitations, very elevated heart rate, fatigue, a continued ache in my jaw, mainly on my left side that as continued to get more noticeable, and headaches. The deep cleaning has helped the severity of my tinnitus and headache but only slightly. After much research, i’ve reached out to doctors nunnley, freeman, and owens in texas for jaw treatment consoltation. After sending them my panoramic xray, they have found 4 suspected sites of residual jawbone infection. They will need to confirm infections via in person examination before surgery, so it looks like i will need to fly out. Surgery will cost $6725 including IV of vitamin c, acupressure, caretaker, etc. This doesn't cover additional costs such as airfare and hotel expenses. I’ve raised my fundraiser goal to cover these additional costs as since ive used the existed donations towards treatments and diagnostic testing here here.
