Most Awesomest Kindest Person

Hi, my name is Mike, and I have created this fundraiser to help April, a co-worker and friend who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. I have worked with April for over 5 years and have known her since 2013 when we first started working together. April is one of the most genuine, kind people I know. Being the sole breadwinner in her household, Apil is not one to ask for help. Ever. With anything. In fact, she will offer to help you before helping herself. It is for this reason I have elected to create this fundraiser with the hope that the financial burden that comes with cancer (and Chemo) keeping her away from work from time to time.

April's first rendesvous with Chemo was rough. After her first ten minutes of treatment, an allergic reaction led to the doctor's not being able to confirm a pulse. They did chest compressionas and she spent four days in ICU. Multiple blood clots later and some fancy doctor stuff, she is out of the hospital and keeping on.

The road ahead for April will be a difficult one, so any help you can offer will be much appreciated.
