Guinness World Record - Most Chin Ups in 8 & 12 Hours

My name is Damien Rooney, I am a personal trainer from Newry, I will be attempting the Guinness World Records for "Most Chin Ups in 8 & 12 Hours".

I will be making the attempt on the 21st of September, and the current world records are 3800 and 5,100.

I will be raising funds for the Brain Injury Foundation. They are a charity local to the Newry & Mourne area that do tremendous work in helping and assisting people who have sustained a brain injury, and their families.

They do such good work to help so many people, my immediate family among those, so this charity is very personal to me.
