Mother of 3 DV Victim

Hi, my name is Debbie Bowen. I have a property management company here in Sumter SC. I have a tenant that can't pay her rent, and doesn't have the funds to move to a less expensive home. She is the victim of severe physical and mental abuse. She was beaten so severely that a neighbor called police and her husband (going to be ex-husband) was arrested and put in jail where he remains. He had a very good job, which he was immediately fired from. She wants to move into a much less expensive home but she hasn't paid October rent and doesn't have the funds to pay a deposit and moving expenses.
