Mother of 5 in a car crash and out of work

My name is Abbey. I’m a single mother, who worked seven days per week at two jobs to support my five small children, until a bad car crash a few days ago put me in the hospital with a fractured spine and totaled my vehicle. I had my two babies with me in the wreck they are ok but shaken up by the accident . While the doctors informed me that I apparently

passed out behind the wheel from a previously undiagnosed medical condition, and that the crash wasn’t my fault, that won’t help me support my children. Unfortunately, I will not be physically able to go back to work for at least 2-4 weeks. Additionally, I’ll need to replace my vehicle, so that when I can return to work I will have transportation to/from my two jobs. I am very independent and I hate asking for assistance, but now I have no choice. Please help me get back on my feet and support my kids during this incredibly difficult time. I would be grateful for any financial help, no matter how small, as every dollar will be useful.
