Motorcycle accident fund for Eugene Gibbons

On Wednesday, October 12th 2022, at approximately 8:30am, on his way to work, our beloved Uncle Eugene Gibbons was involved in a motorcycle accident. There is currently a

police investigation for the cause of the accident and suspicion that he may be a victim of a hit and run. Gene is currently in critical care and has to remain in an induced coma due to his injuries. He was non responsive when found on the scene. He was wearing his helmet but did sustain bleeding on the brain, several broken bones in his neck, a collapse lung, several broken ribs, a severed artery on his kidney and extensive internal brusing. Gene, at 68 years old, is lucky to be alive but he still needs all the love and prayers he can get while fighting to recover. Doctors are still not certain of what will come from his brain trauma. He will have to overcome potential complications for years to come. There is a very long road of healing ahead of him. Anyone who comes in contact with Gene usually remembers him or his voice that fills the room. He is quite the character and loved by many. We want to do what we can to help ease some of the hardships ahead of him.
