Beautiful soul needs new wheelchair accessible van

My niece, Niraiza Diaz, who has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound is turning 11 this August.

Niraiza's mom, Diane, has been using a manual wheelchair but as Niraiza grows it becomes more challenging for Diane to push the weight. While Niraiza's insurance has covered a motorized wheelchair, the ones they will cover are heavy and very difficult to transport. The weight of these chairs are upwards of 400lbs and often require vehicle modifications to a van to transport. So, I’m hoping to raise enough money to buy her a much lighter motorized wheelchair that can fold up and fit in the back of Diane's car.
