Motvind UK - Legal Fees

Motvind UK CIC is a UK non profit organisation dedicated to helping communities oppose unwanted wind farm developments through better engagement with the relevant planning authorities.

Motvind UK does not charge for our services, we rely on donations from the public we serve.

Right now, we are helping several Welsh communities to oppose wind farm developments that will have severe impacts on their lives, landscape, business, and wildlife.

It’s very clear that rural Wales will become one vast energy park if these projects are not stopped. It is also clear that a legal challenge by Judicial Review in the High Court is likely the only path available to us.

We urgently need your help. Those proposing these developments have teams of highly paid consultants  and millions of pounds to spend. We rely on our own funds and your donations.

Our target reflects the likely cost of mounting that legal process and any  funds received will be accounted for.
