My name is Hadia Saud. I lost my husband, Momen Akl, one of the world bodybuilding champion.
We were planning a happy life, as we had a beautiful house and a gym where I worked as a trainer, and since it was our only source, my husband had a lot of
International tournaments in Lebanon, in addition to Algeria, China and other countries, and achieved multiple positions. He aspired to the world championship in bodybuilding.

Our club was called First Gym. My husband chose it as the number one club on the Strip. Many athletes of all age groups served. We had adult coaches, children's coaches, youth and women's coaches. He visits him daily. Over 250 male and female participants at this time. The club was open all week. 24 hours...it deserves to be better

But on October 7th, from here, from this day, our suffering began. I was pregnant in the first month, but due to the intensity of fear, displacement, our sleeping in the streets and on the sidewalks, seeing the dead and corpses, and the constant bombing, my pregnancy was not completed and I miscarried. Which I hope to see like his father.
After that, our lives continued in displacement and fighting hunger, thirst, and diseases
And losing friends one after another. I remember that until this moment, every day without stopping, I lose our friends and relatives... This genocide has made us lose everything we truly love, everything we love.

After a short period of constant suffering in everything, even when we were looking for a blanket to warm us from the cold of the night, we were suffering.
The bombing stopped for several days. My husband and I went to check our house and the sports club, but we were surprised by the bombing and destruction. I remember very well how my husband fell into a state of depression and permanent silence.
He destroyed the place I love, he destroyed our dreams, our future, and he was our only source of financial income for us and a number of people.
Of trainers who work to train all age groups...is our dream. It is our lives that we have seen destroyed and bombed, and we can only cry and suffer.

And from here the pain was complete. Rather, the pain became here in the middle of the period in which my husband died. We were sleeping and woke up to the sounds of children screaming and women crying. An elderly woman had no way out of the place, which was filled with blood and dead people as a result of the bombing. And what I saw was nothing but death. Nothing but death. My husband hid me in a small place and told me. I'll go and see what's going on outside. Sit here and leave. A quarter of an hour after he left, my mother told me: I saw your husband dead among the dead. It was shocking news to my heart.

How can I bear his absence? I am the one who married him. After a year of love, my husband died, and I was left alone in this life without him. I suffer from the painful scenes I went through. I struggle with crying and sleeping, and at this moment I'm not okay without him.

We are now in northern Gaza suffering from insecurity in food, drink, clothing and medicine
We are threatened with death every minute, whether from constant bombing or malnutrition
Since October 7, I have been displaced more than ten times after my homes, the homes of my family and relatives, and all the homes in our area were destroyed. We are now in the shelter center, suffering from serious diseases due to the lack of water only and the lack of potable water. We have no place except these crowded places and the displaced, and there is no breadwinner for me and my brothers. After my mother died and my father was arrested

Among them: Talaat, 15 years old, Khalil, 14 years old, Retaj, 11 years old, Subhi, 9 years old, Tayseer, 6 years old, and Zahra, 5 years old. They were from northern Gaza after my mother and father died. My father was arrested and we have not heard anything about him since October 7th.

Every day I face a difficult life. I try to remain the support in everything to my brothers as father, mother, and everything in this life. I try to secure some food at least half the morning every day for my brothers, and my battle is planning to obtain clean drinking water if it exists, and here we are on the cusp of a normal winter. How can I do this? Let us bring clothes and a blanket to protect us from the extreme cold

I fight daily to survive to live a mediocre life in the face of this life...I am heading this far and asking for help for my family and for me to believe in our basics

Every day I think and cry about how I will secure food, drink and all the basic necessities of life for the next day, even if it exhausts me and makes me walk for a long time. I could not bear this fear and anxiety because it became a nightmare for me and I did not have time to eat and drink. All this, I think, I see. My brothers and sisters are crying from hunger and the loss of all basic necessities of life

These donations will be used for food, drink and clothing. I need a small alternative source of electricity, one of which is incomplete, and the children are afraid at night due to the lack of electricity.
I endured this life in a way no one else has. I struggle with life, days, and my soul until this steadfastness is for the sake of my sister.
I ask you to kindly support me so that I can be relieved of this fear that is causing my mind and thinking because at the time it is one of the causes of malnutrition and malnutrition.

Your donations and assistance can make a big difference in our lives
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and support. Your help is invisible to our motives for a while, giving hope and happiness to me and my brothers as they endure hardships until this suffering ends.
