Our parent co-op nature school has fostered observation and child-directed learning with the environment, materials, other children, and teachers for the past 68 years. Parents learn to observe and begin the ongoing learning process of understanding their children with guidance from our experienced teachers. Teachers strive to inspire and build upon a child's sense of wonder and curiosity. Children are given the space to practice, succeed, fail, and grow their competence and self-esteem in nature, one with the earth.
Alumni families cherish memories of fun and friendships made under beautiful trees, alongside local creeks, and at the magical play yard. Who can forget splashes in mud puddles, hugs with chickens, songs with teachers, and singing "thank you" to the cooking parent?
Generosity drives us, and today, that generosity will support our efforts to address the most significant needs at our school. Your gift can be directed to any programs or initiatives below that inspire you. All contributions are tax-deductible and eligible for corporate matching programs.

Where will annual giving donations go?
- Rebuilding the sandbox so our future engineers can continue to create, dig, and learn.
- Rebuilding our chicken coop so our feathered friends have a clean, appropriate-sized living space that is secure from ground squirrels and predators.
