Mountainside Fitness Tom Hatten Legal Fund

As a fellow business owner and entrepreneur, I stand with and fully support Tom Hatten and Mountainside Fitness to fight for the constitution and against government overreach by selectively targeting certain business sectors and forcing them to close.  

I have been in contact with Mountainside Fitness and all donations received are being used for the fight against Governor Ducey’s overreaching executive order and their employee assistance program (The Firebird Fund). This encroachment on business owners rights needs to be stopped immediately or it will never end!
