RESCUE NEEDS TO MOVE TO LARGER FACILITY

We are Fundraising for a Sanctuary in Tecate, Mexico that homes more than 70 animals (50+ dogs and 20+ cats).

The person in charge is a US citizen that decided to emigrate to Mexico in order to help dogs and cats in street situations, giving them veterinarian care, feeding them and supplying lots of LOVE !!

It all begun with a small area in Tijuana with 5 dogs.

After 2 years we moved to a bigger place and we were housing 18 dogs, we were also adopting out to Mexican and USA residents, using several rescue groups that failed in supplying funds necessary to perform the tasks of vet care and feeding needs!

Therefore, we decided move to a larger place and care for animals as a Sanctuary, and maintaining the furbabies as permanent care, ONLY OFFERING adoption to people that contacted the Sanctuary, and after a RIGOROUS BACKGROUND and PLACE CHECK.

In this process, at the beginning was really the toughest mission, we had no funds to build an appropriate environment for the animals, and it was very crowded and several fatalities happened in this place, which was very heartbreaking.

Later we were provided a new place with a bit better amenities for the animals and it was free, but only for 2 years.

Happens the owner who loaned the place, decided not extend the offer any longer and we were forced to move Again !

It took us 9 months to find a new place to house the furbabies. But this new place must have the appropriate builds completed with new kennels for the dogs and we need to build an exclusive house for the cats.

We are worried because with COVID we are financially strapped and really need everyone’s help to make this happen, we really hope all the animal lover’s will help make this happen! EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS !!

This fundraiser will make this dream HOME possible to get a lot of the street animals into a safe sanctuary!
