GET JORDAN BACK HOME TO HIS MUM @Akamrsmiler

Hello everyone my name is Jordan,

I was born with Cerebral Palsy, I also have Epilepsy, I am registered blind and am in Respiratory Failure. I use a ventilator to help me breath when sleeping and suffer pneumonia on a regular basis.

My life expectancy was 19 to 25, I’m now 34. I have been living in a nursing home 50miles away from my mum for the last 21 months because of my ill health. My lungs are failing me and I now need a nurse 24/7.

My mum travels relentlessly to be with me but we want to live together once again.

We have been told it would take 2 years to get a grant to have my mums house adapted so I can go live with her and my lovely step dad. but we can’t wait that long as my life’s too short.

If you could help in anyway to make our dreams come true it would mean so much. We want to adapt the garage so it can be my own accessible room and also have a bath where I can take a warm bath
