Asking for help

As most of you know my mom passed away less than a month ago. I inherited her home and I am being forced to move it after 21 years of her living on the property (never a day late on lot rent payments, ever). No reason given, just an eviction to have it moved within 60 days!!! I absolutely hate having to do this but unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck and having to pay for mom’s cremation (she had no life insurance nor assets other than home) this is definitely a hardship on Christian and me. I am well aware that the holidays are coming and most everyone is struggling but any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
