Move Over for Mike Brown
Donation protected
On November 18, 2021 Michael Brown woke up like any other day, got ready for work, kissed me good bye and went to work. Little did he know his life was going to change for ever. On that day him and two other co-workers were repainting strips on Telegraph rd when a car drove through their cones hitting all three of them. Michael was severely injured and his two co-workers (one was 6 months pregnant) tragically lost their lives.
Since the accident, Mike was in the hospital for 5 weeks and has been in extensive rehab learning how to do basic every day things like eating, brushing his teeth, and walking.
While workers comp is covering all his medical cost, he is only receiving a small percentage of his pay and will not see any other additional settlements to help pay his monthly bills.
There will be a benefit on April 23rd to help Michael financially and also build awareness about work zone safety.
We want to thank everyone who is able to donate, no matter how big or small, to help relieve him of his financial stress so he can focus on getting better.
