Movember for family causes ...

This November (2022) I have decided to fundraise for two family causes and go from clean-shaven to bearded in a month, and then shave it all off in December !

My two charities of choice are St Vincent de Paul (UK) and Cara Projects (Ireland). My younger brother Ronald passed away suddenly last month. He was involved in St. Vincent de Paul in Bedford, so this would be a good cause in his memory. And my youngest daughter Rachel is heading to Kenya in January for two weeks with Cara Projects to help at a girl’s rescue centre providing support to disadvantaged mothers and children.
