Movement For Mental Health 100km Walk - 2023
It’s here again! On December 2nd, 2023, when midnight hits, I'll embark on another 100 km journey, walking from Flinders Street in Melbourne to the beautiful Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula. For me, this is more than a physical feat; it's my Movement for Mental Health awareness walk.
The essence of this journey lies in highlighting the profoundly positive impact that physical movement has on improving and sustaining mental health. It's a cause very close to my heart, something I wholeheartedly believe in.
Additionally, I'm devoted to supporting a local Frankston charity, Community Support Frankston. Who run the Frankston Christmas Appeal, which provides essential Christmas hampers to families in need within the Frankston community. These hampers contain much needed items that are essential during the holiday season, ensuring that everyone can experience a special Christmas day.
Your contribution will not only help me complete this journey but will also directly touch the lives of those in our community who need it most. Together, let's make a meaningful difference this holiday season!
Thank you for your support and belief in this cause.
