Movies at Avondale Park

From 2012 to 2017, Movies at Avondale Park became a tradition for the communities surrounding this historic Birmingham park. Friends planned family dates and met friends, brought picnics and popcorn to settle in for movie night at the beautiful amphitheater in Avondale Park. In its final year, Movies at Avondale Park saw the amphitheater at full capacity and estimated that 30,000 people had attended over the years. Now five years later, we want to relaunch the four-week series September 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2022. Join us in reviving this fun, family-centered, outdoor neighborhood event.
