Moving Costs for David

Hello, sponsoring this GFM for my friend David McDonald.

David is being asked to move with a short notice, and needs assistance with the moving costs, as well as medical travel during and after the move.

Those who know him know the story of what's going on, but I will say this isn't a voluntary move.
