Moving to escape DV ex

Hi, my name is Laura - in November of 2020 my 5 children and I escaped my abusive soon to be ex-husband. He was charged with assault with bodily injury and we have been under a protective order until today, June 5th. Until now felt somewhat safe. We are currently in the divorce process and fighting over custody and the family vehicle. This past week I found that my license plate had been forcefully ripped off and intentional scratches over top the area. It was parked in a back alley way and no one could have known it was there unless they had been watching us. The protective order gave me the rights to register the car and use it, but I couldn’t get new plates after it ended. This happened 2 days before the protective order ended. It is no coincidence and we have every reason to believe it was my ex. No one else would have the motive to do such a thing. A police report was made but without evidence I cannot extend the protection order….So now we are left in a place where we know he knows our location, but we are no longer protected. We feel it is in our best interest to move as soon as possible to another place so we can be safe. I am fearful for the safety of my children and I during this divorce process as it is, but now that he has done this - we don’t know what else he is willing to do. Please help us raise the funds to get into a new home and to safety. Thank you so much ❤️
